What If I Have A Faulty Item?

We check and pack all items individually ourselves, in the unlikely event you get a faulty item please inform us immediately and we will replace or send you a product of the same value.

Where Do You Source From?

We search high and low for amazing independent brands based in the UK.  From time to time we will also source offshore to bring you the best box of products.

Each month the brands will be featured in the box's leaflet and across our social media channels so you can continue to shop with them.

When Will My Box Arrive?

for monthly subscriptions The renewal payment date is the 20th of the Month and the despatch date is the 10th of the month.

For Gift Boxes your order will be processed immediately

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

All you need to do is log into your account where you can cancel your subscription.   If you subscribed beforee June 2018 please contact us at thelifestyleboxco@gmail.com to cancel for you.   Please be aware of the automated payment cycle and contact us at least 3 day's before your next payment is due.

When Will I Get My Box?

Despatch is the 10th of the month
